Feiyuxing Technology Product Standard Warranty Policy
Define
Day or Day: Refers to a time period divided by Universal Coordinated Time or local time, lasting 24 hours from 0:00 on the current day to 0:00 on the following day.
Working day: refers to the number of working hours within a day and night as stipulated by law. The standard working days stipulated by relevant laws of the People's Republic of China are: no more than 8 hours per day, no more than 40 hours per week, and an average of 5 days per week.
The "warranty period start date" mentioned in this policy refers to:
(1) The date on which the product was shipped from Chengdu Feiyuxing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Feiyuxing Technology").
(2) For products purchased through Feiyuxing Technology certified agents/distributors, this date shall not be later than 30 days from the date of Feiyuxing Technology's shipment.

1、 Warranty terms
The warranty period for Feiyuxing Technology software and hardware refers to a period of several days from the start date of the warranty period
1. Software warranty period
The warranty period of Feiyuxing Technology software is 90 days. Under normal use conditions that comply with the product instructions, if the software does not meet the software functional standards stated in the product manual, or if the software medium has process or quality issues during the warranty period, Feiyuxing Technology

2. Hardware warranty period

3. Handling of Dead On Arrival (DOA)
From the date of purchase, you can enjoy a new product replacement service within 15 days. Within 15 days from the start date of the warranty period, the following issues are defined as DOA equipment:
(1) The content of the product after the first unpacking does not match the packing list
(2) After the first unpacking of the product, some or all components (excluding the random CD) cannot be used normally (surface scratches or other defects that do not affect the equipment function are not included)
(3) Other hardware faults identified through remote or local detection by Feiyuxing Technology engineers
When applying for DOA parts, please present the warranty card (or purchase invoice). If you are unable to provide an invoice or a valid warranty card, the latest DOA application period for the product will be within 30 days from the shipping date of Feiyuxing Technology.
4. Hardware return process
Customers must obtain RMA (Return Material Authorization) from the Feiyuxing Technology after-sales service center before returning damaged parts
Customers can use the phone or website( http://www.adslr.com/shfw/ )Contact Feiyuxing Technology after-sales service center to obtain RMA.
The after-sales service center is only responsible for helping customers initiate the corresponding application process and does not provide technical support for fault diagnosis, configuration, or installation, unless the customer has already purchased a service contract that includes remote technical support. The RMA number must be clearly pasted or labeled
On the outer packaging of the "defective parts". The relevant costs for transporting the damaged parts back to Feiyuxing Technology shall be borne by the customer; The cost of transporting repair or replacement parts to the customer shall be borne by Feiyuxing Technology. 5. Repair cycle and warranty after repair
Under the normal usage conditions stated in the product manual, if there are any process or quality issues with the hardware during the warranty period, Feiyuxing Technology will provide factory repair services upon receiving the application. We will do our best to ensure that the customer receives the repaired equipment within 4 working days. The actual time may vary depending on the customer's location and logistics transportation limitations. The warranty period will not be affected by the resale or repair of the product, but the repaired or replaced equipment
Spare parts are guaranteed for the remaining period of the original warranty period, or for 90 days from the date of shipment of self repair or replacement parts from Feiyuxing Technology, whichever is longer.

2、 Limitations on the Application of Warranty
1. Feiyuxing Technology does not assume warranty responsibility for the following situations:
(1) Products not produced by Feiyuxing Technology
(2) The product exceeds the warranty period
(3) Unauthorized RMA from Feiyuxing Technology after-sales service center
(4) Hardware or software has been modified or replaced without written authorization from Feiyuxing Technology
(5) The product was not installed or used according to the methods described in the manual released by Feiyuxing Technology
(6) The product barcode or model on the product warranty card does not match the product itself
(7) Damage caused by force majeure such as impacts, fires, lightning strikes, flooding, strong electricity, human negligence, and natural disasters
2. Feiyuxing Technology does not guarantee customer data stored in its products or related to the products in any other form. Customers are responsible for backing up the relevant data to prevent loss.
3. The warranty of Feiyuxing Technology does not include the installation of the product.
4. Accessories and consumables, such as accompanying manuals, power cords, cables, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
3、 Disclaimer clause
1. Unless explicitly stated in this clause, Feiyuxing Technology does not provide any express or implied warranty or guarantee: for commercial and suitability for special purposes, warranties and liabilities arising from transactions, applications, and commercial interactions.
2. Feiyuxing Technology does not guarantee that its software is completely flawless, and does not guarantee that customers will not encounter any problems or interruptions when operating the software.
4、 Compensation
Feiyuxing Technology and its partners or suppliers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect economic losses caused to customers due to the inability to use the equipment or business interruption under the warranty terms. In any case, including through contracts
In the case of a clear agreement in such form, Feiyuxing Technology's maximum compensation for customer losses caused by its liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for purchasing the equipment.
5、 Access to warranty services

Chengdu Feiyuxing Technology Co., Ltd. has the final right to interpret this warranty clause. Without notifying the customer, Feiyuxing Technology has the right to make necessary changes to all warranty information, product performance, and specifications.
